We work closely with management teams and financial stakeholders to deliver significant improvements to business performance. We serve as a non-executive directors or interim managers, bringing a strong ownership mentality to these roles. Our clients represent a broad range of investors including private equity sponsors, distressed debt funds, and public shareholders.
Business transitions often require both operational and capital structure restructurings. We work with owners, managers, and other advisors to design and execute funding structures tailored to the needs of our clients.
Through our global network, we frequently come across unique, off-the-run investment opportunities in private equity, private credit, and distressed debt. In such cases, we work as a fundless sponsor with our alternative investor clients to source, analyze, and execute these investments.
